In January 2018, Air France reopened its lounge in Terminal 2E of Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris. The completely redesigned area impresses with its clear design, designer furniture and a focus on privacy and relaxation.

An open kitchen, private saunas and a detox bar are just some of the amenities the lounge has to offer. Initially, 2,180 of a total of 3,200 sq metres will be available to passengers; in a second step in July, new areas will be added.

550 sq metres for well-being Together with the French design studio Superbien, the agency Tetro and the agency Brandimage, Air France has created a calming atmosphere: In the entrance area, a series of screens with soft lighting effects introduce guests to the world of travel. A three-dimensional digital work of art in the centre of the feel-good area attracts attention with changing shapes and colours. A relaxation room allows visitors to the lounge to relax under a ceiling inspired by Aurora Borealis. Lying in peace, the visitor can let light and colour effects affect him/herself.

Our French distributor Ledbox Company was responsible for installation at the lounge area. A total of 320 LED tiles C50 from Schnick-Schnack-Systems were installed in the relaxation room – controlled by a MADRIX KEY professional.

The installation was done in a very short time frame, delivery time was less than two weeks.
