This is amplified by an expertly engineered Bose Professional sound system, meticulously designed to maximise the dance floor experience while maintaining acoustic harmony throughout the venue. Full-range ceiling speakers incorporating side propagation technology guarantee complete sound coverage. Specifically, 90° speakers strategically placed in corners and 180° speakers along the perimeter direct sound precisely onto the dance floor, drastically minimising spillover to adjacent zones such as bars and VIP lounges, ensuring guest comfort elsewhere.

A cardioid subwoofer array installed above the DJ booth further refines the audio experience, minimising low-frequency dispersion, focusing the bass energy directly onto the dance floor, and reducing unwanted reflections from the LED screen wall, further optimising the sound.

Bania Music Club boasts a state-of-the-art lighting and visualisation complex, integral to crafting unforgettable musical experiences. The system seamlessly integrates two decorative lighting subsystems, two stage lighting subsystems, and a color-graphic visualisation subsystem, all orchestrated by a central control module. This module dynamically responds to the music’s rhythm and tempo, enabling precise, real-time synchronization of lighting effects.

At the heart lies a sophisticated hardware/software core featuring a dedicated computer, proprietary software, and a pristine Full HD LED screen. The software analyses the audio signal, identifies the tempo, and relays this data to both the visualisation application and the lighting control panel, ensuring beat-perfect synchronisation of light and video effects.

The decorative lighting features two unique approaches. The first utilises RGBW LED strips to illuminate ceiling niches, creating a captivating ambience with over 64,000 smoothly transitioning shades that visually expand the space and accentuate its architecture. The second subsystem employs individually addressable LED strips (60 pixels/meter) embedded in the dance floor perimeter and decorative portal. Uniquely, the lighting effects here are generated by the color-graphic visualisation system itself, extending the dynamic visual content beyond the screen and immersing participants in the club’s atmosphere.

Complementing this, dynamic stage lighting, incorporating strategically positioned rotating spot and wash spotlights along and above the dance floor, works in tandem with a light mist to generate stunning visual effects, enhancing the spectacle of each event.

The complex’s design begins with a robust hardware and software core, meticulously analyzing incoming audio signals to identify key rhythmic and melodic elements. This data is then translated into real-time commands that govern the lighting, visualisation, and haptic systems. To create a captivating atmosphere, the decor incorporates vibrant RGBW LED strips to emphasise the architecture through color and space. The Bania Music Club installation presented several unique challenges, amplified by its location in the basement of a functioning hotel. The prime directive was to create an immersive and high-energy club experience without disturbing hotel guests seeking tranquility above. This constraint heavily influenced every aspect of the design and installation process.

The first major hurdle was sound isolation. The goal was to completely contain the powerful low-frequency vibrations and high sound pressure levels within the club walls, preventing them from traveling upwards and disrupting hotel guests. This required a multi-faceted approach. We implemented advanced soundproofing techniques, including floating floors, decoupled walls, and heavily insulated ceilings, effectively creating a “room within a room.” We also carefully selected sound-absorbing materials to minimise reverberation within the club, further reducing the potential for sound leakage.

Secondly, the integration of the Powersoft Mover haptic system required precise vibration control. While the system is designed from the outset to generate perceptible vibrations only on the dance floor surface, it was crucial to ensure these vibrations remained strictly confined to the intended zone. To achieve this, we employed specialised vibration isolation mounts for the Mover transducers. These mounts don’t so much prevent vibration transmission (as the system is inherently designed not to transmit vibrations), but rather ensure that the vibration energy is fully controlled and directed solely to those on the dance floor, without affecting the building’s structure.

Beyond sound, the integration of diverse technologies (Bose audio, Crestron control, and dynamic lighting) required meticulous planning and execution.
