18:00 – Doors open
19:00 – Award ceremony begins
20:00 – After party, including live band performance
22:00 – Event ends (but not the night…continue to other venues along i-Drive)
GETTING HERE:

Entrance: The venue has a front entrance and a back entrance. The front entrance can be found in ICON Park (Via Mercado Dr) and the back entrance can be found on International Drive. The recommended entrance to use is through the front entrance in ICON Park (Via Mercado Dr).
Taxi: Approx. 4 minute drive from Orange County Convention Centre (InfoComm). Vehicles able to drop off at two different locations; the front entrance (Via Mercado Dr) and the back entrance, however it is recommended to use the front entrance situated within ICON Park (Via Mercado Dr). There will be a staff member present on the vehicle loop at the back entrance who will be able to direct you to the front entrance if needed.
Parking: Parking can be found within ICON Park’s seven-story covered parking garage. First Floor – Valet parking. Floors Two and Three – Premium parking. Floors Four through to Seven – Free.
On Foot: Approx. 23 minute walk from Orange County Convention Centre (InfoComm)
i-Ride Trolley: The i-RIDE Trolley is accessible to and from all points of interest along International Drive. The nearest stops are – Red Line Northbound Stop: 14, Green Line Southbound Stop: G9. Visit iridetrolley.com for the most up-to-date hours and pricing information.
ENTRY & GUEST REGISTRATION
The MONDO-DR Awards is FREE TO ATTEND, however you will need to register your attendance to receive your QR code. You can register for yourself and on behalf of others, through the link HERE.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Food will be served at the event free of charge to all attendees. MONDO-DR and Ole Red have worked together to ensure that all dietary requirements have been catered for as best we can, although if you have any concerns regarding dietary requirements or allergies, please state these on the Guest Registration form HERE, or let Alice know at a.clarke@mondiale.co.uk.
There will be a FREE bar service running from 6pm – 9pm, offering a wide selection of beer, wine, spirits and soft drink. The bar will then turn into a paid service after 9pm.
