Dress code: Casual

TIMINGS:

18:00 – Doors open, free bar begins, and food is served

19:00 – Award ceremony commences

20:00 – Afterparty begins

21:00 – The event ends (but not the night! Venue open ‘til late), bar reverts to a paid bar

Taxi: Approx. 12-minute drive from Las Vegas Convention Centre West Hall (InfoComm) to Ole Red.

ENTRY & GUEST REGISTRATION

The MONDO-DR Awards is FREE TO ATTEND. You do not need a ticket or wristband to enter. On arrival, there will be signage and hosts directing you to the rooftop for the event.

GUEST INVITATIONS & ATTENDEE ASSETS

Food will be served at the event free of charge to all attendees. MONDO-DR and Ole Red have worked together to ensure that all dietary requirements have been catered for as best we can, although if you have any concerns regarding dietary requirements or allergies, please state these on the Guest Registration form here, or contact Alice at a.clarke@mondiale.co.uk.

There will be a FREE bar service running throughout the entire duration of the event, offering a selection of beer, wine, spirits and soft drinks.
